About this website

ComfrtZone LLC operates discomfrt.com to introduce Discomfrt and offer an email waitlist. These Website Terms apply to the landing page and waitlist, not to an unreleased app. When you affirmatively accept them during signup, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy separately explains information handling and is not a request for blanket consent.

Development previews and waitlist

Images, example content and proposed interface demonstrations illustrate a product in development. Features, designs, pricing, platforms and release timing may change. Store-availability references do not mean the app is available now or approved by a store. Joining the waitlist is free, does not create an app account, does not start a subscription or trial, and does not guarantee early access or a particular launch date. Future services and purchases will have their own applicable terms and disclosures.

Use an email address you control and provide truthful information. Do not sign someone else up without authority. Email permission covers the invitations, launch news and occasional Discomfrt product updates described at signup, and may be withdrawn at any time. Website Terms acceptance is separate from that permission. Contact support@discomfrt.com for help.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse and use the website for its intended purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, submit spam or malicious content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, exploit the form, or use the site unlawfully.

The Discomfrt branding, website design and original materials belong to ComfrtZone LLC or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Do not copy or exploit protected materials without permission, except as allowed by law. We do not claim ownership of information or original material you send us, and your waitlist signup does not grant a license to publish private writing or train AI on it.

External services and availability

Signup uses Tally, and links may open Instagram or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our own activities and obligations. We may maintain, update or discontinue the website or waitlist and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Disclaimers and legal rights

Discomfrt is presented as a personal-growth product in development, not medical care, therapy, professional advice or an emergency service. General website information is not a personalized recommendation or a guarantee of results. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury. These Website Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a contractual shortening of claim deadlines or a US$100 damages cap.

Concerns and changes

Contact support@discomfrt.com about the website, your signup or these Terms. Virginia law applies to the extent consistent with mandatory protections applicable to you; these Terms do not require a specific county or remove a mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent court.

We may revise these Terms and identify the effective date on the page. For material changes affecting existing waitlist participation, we will provide reasonable notice using your supplied email or another appropriate notice method, and request fresh agreement when required. We do not silently rewrite what you previously accepted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful.
